Success Tribe Trust Agreement

The Success Tribe Network is a high-impact, collaborative community of business owners, leaders, and entrepreneurs committed to building real relationships that lead to business growth. We believe that Collaboration is stronger than competition, and we are dedicated to growing our businesses together in a vetted, trusted, and psychologically safe environment. This agreement outlines the expectations and values that all members agree to uphold.

1️⃣ Commitment to Collaboration & Reciprocity

I commit to showing up, engaging, and giving as much as I receive within this network.

I understand that genuine success comes from collaboration and will seek ways to support fellow members.

I recognize that Collaboration begins with Connection, and I will be intentional about dedicating at least 4 hours a month to building authentic relationships within the community.

I will actively participate in Network discussions, referrals, and business-building opportunities.

Whenever possible and when it makes business sense, I will invest in the community by supporting fellow members' services, products, and offerings.

2️⃣ Respect & Professionalism

I agree to conduct myself with respect, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

I will honor diversity in perspectives, experiences, and expertise, fostering an inclusive environment.

I understand that disagreements may arise, and I commit to resolving conflicts respectfully and professionally.

3️⃣ Active Participation & Engagement

I will stay engaged in community conversations, events, and collaborations.

I understand that my success is tied to consistent participation and the effort I put into networking.

I acknowledge that people do business with those they Know, Like & Trust, and I will actively cultivate relationships to foster genuine business growth.

I will follow through on commitments I make within the community (e.g., scheduled calls, introductions, collaborations).

4️⃣ No Unsolicited Pitching or Spamming

I understand that Success Tribe is about relationships, not just transactions.

I will not engage in unsolicited pitching, excessive self-promotion, or spamming.

When I share my offers, it will be in the spirit of value and collaboration, not aggressive sales tactics.

I recognize that a strong sales pipeline includes relationships with Champions, Collaborators, and Clients, and I will approach sales as an extension of relationship-building rather than a one-time transaction.

5️⃣ Confidentiality, Integrity & Trust

I respect that members may share private or sensitive business information and will not disclose it without permission.

I understand that trust is the foundation of this community, and I will protect the integrity of the space.

I will be mindful of intellectual property and always act with integrity to create a safe space for collaboration, transparency, and growth.

While the Success Tribe Network has a vetting process for membership, I understand that it is my responsibility to get to know members individually through collab chats, lunch connects, and other connection opportunities before making financial investments.

I acknowledge that the Success Tribe Network cannot be held liable for any collaborations, partnerships, or investments made between members. Each member is responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering any business relationship.

6️⃣ Commitment to Growth & Success

I am committed to both my own growth and the success of my fellow members.

I will bring a mindset of abundance, collaboration, and action to my interactions.

I recognize that this network thrives when members are proactive, accountable, and invested in their success.

7️⃣ Membership & Auto-Renewal Policy

I acknowledge that my Success Tribe Network membership operates on an auto-renewal basis to ensure uninterrupted access to community benefits.

If I wish to cancel my membership, I must provide written notice via email to [email protected] at least 30 days prior to my renewal date.

Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before renewal will be processed for the following year, and I will retain access until that time.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By joining the Success Tribe Network, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to uphold these values, commitments, and expectations. I understand that failure to abide by this agreement may result in removal from the network to preserve the integrity of the community.
